Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 per order. We use Royal Mail First Class post or a courier where required. Delivery is available to addresses within the UK mainland only.

Unfortunatley we are only able to accept payment by cheque. As soon as your cheque has been received we will contact you to confirm receipt. Once your payment has cleared your order will be despatched within 48 hours.

Please ensure that you give us your correct delivery address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred as a result.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned with the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Any return costs are at your expense.

Before returning any items you must email us at iwigglydoo@yahoo.co.uk and we will provide you with a return authorisation number. If any items received by you are damaged or faulty we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
